What is TradeStaxx?
TradeStaxx is a trading journal and performance analytics platform built to help traders review decisions, understand results, and improve their process.
Can I use TradeStaxx during beta?
Yes. TradeStaxx currently offers Free Beta access so you can create an account, add trades, and begin reviewing your performance.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can begin with Free Beta without entering payment information.
Can I enter trades manually?
Yes. Manual trade entry is available without a monthly limit.

Imports and brokers
Which brokers are currently supported?
TradeStaxx currently supports import workflows for Robinhood, Webull, Schwab, and Moomoo.
How many CSV imports are included with Free Beta?
Free Beta includes 2 CSV imports per month.
How many CSV imports are included with Pro?
Pro includes unlimited CSV imports.
Will TradeStaxx support more brokers?
Yes. Additional broker support and future sync integrations are planned as TradeStaxx continues to develop.

What can I save with each trade?
TradeStaxx is designed to connect trade data with notes, screenshots, tags, and the context behind your decisions.
Is advanced analytics included in Free Beta?
Advanced analytics are a Pro feature. Free Beta includes the core journal, calendar, basic dashboard, unlimited manual trades, and 2 CSV imports per month.
What is trade replay?
Trade replay lets you review entries and exits on the chart so you can study execution candle by candle. Replay is included with Pro.
Can I compare accounts?
Yes. Account comparison tools are included with Pro.

Pricing and Founding Members
How much is Pro?
Standard Pro pricing is $19 per month.
What is the Founding Member offer?
The first 100 eligible members can use coupon code FOUNDER at checkout to activate the $5 per month Founding Member rate.
What do Founding Members receive?
Founding Members receive early access to new features, direct input on the roadmap, an exclusive badge, and priority feedback access.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal.

Privacy and security
Is my trading data public?
No. Your journal, analytics, notes, screenshots, and imports are intended to remain private unless a future feature explicitly lets you choose to share something.
Does TradeStaxx store my credit card details?
No. Payments are processed through Stripe, and TradeStaxx does not directly store complete card details.
Can search engines index my dashboard?
Private application routes require authentication and are excluded from search-engine indexing.
Does TradeStaxx provide financial advice?
No. TradeStaxx is a journaling and analytics platform. It does not provide personalized financial advice or guarantee trading results.
